  1. Information on how to enter, this entry form and all promotional material forms part of these conditions of entry and entry into the competition is deemed acceptance of them.
  2. The organiser of the Run to Heal Events is Alro Events Limited. The organisers of this promotion are Alro Events Limited together with the Participating Sponsors (Kellogg (Aust) Pty Ltd, Asics, ASB Bank, Bendon and Schick)
  3. The Participating Sponsors are the sponsors from whose products may be bought to enter into the competition.
  4. Competition opens 15 September 2005 and closes at the close of business on 15 April 2006. Entries received after close of business on this date will not be eligible for entry.
  5. Simply purchase any specially marked Participating Sponsor product or service, or enter into the Run to Heal Event, and complete an official entry at the website before 11.59pm on 15 April 2006.
  6. There is one first prize of an Audi A3 1.6 Sportback with standard specification.
  7. There are thirty secondary prizes consisting of six $300.00 Bendon Vouchers, six $300.00 ASICS Vouchers, six $300.00 Schick prize packs, six $300.00 ASB Tennis Coaching Sessions and six Kellogg’s Cereal for a year prizes
  8. All eligible entries will be placed into the draw for the major prize draw which will take place on 22nd April 2006. All winners will be notified within 7 days by telephone and/or mail.
  9. Secondary prizes will be drawn on February 11, 25, March 11, 25, April 8 and 22 2006. All winners will be notified within 7 days of each draw by telephone and/or mail.
  10. Failure of any winner to provide their physical proof of purchase or receipt of entry into the Run to Heal event including, where applicable, the winning unique number will result in the prize being re-drawn.
  11. The winners must provide their unique entry number as proof of purchase to claim their prize. If they cannot do so another winner will be drawn.
  12. Entry is open to all people residing in New Zealand, except employees and immediate families of Alro Events Limited and The Allison Roe Trust, the Participating Sponsors, their agencies and printers. In the event an entrant is aged 17 or under and wins a prize, the prize will need to be collected by a parent or guardian. It is a condition of entry that winners, or if the winner is under the age of 18 their parent or guardian, may be required to sign acceptance of these Terms and Conditions prior to claiming any prize.
  13. Alro Events Limited, The Allison Roe Trust and it’s Participating Sponsors are not responsible or liable for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers or providers, computer equipment software, traffic congestion of the internet or at the website or any combination of technical problems which may result in a delay in accepting and registering entries into the promotion.
  14. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  15. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  16. To the extent permitted by law, Alro Events Limited, The Allison Roe Trust and the Participating Sponsors will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result or the prize(s).
  17. Multiple entries are acceptable but each must have it’s own unique entry number.
  18. All personal details provided to participate in this promotion will be held on behalf of the Participating Sponsors at 70 Stanley St, Parnell, Auckland and will be loaded onto a database for future marketing and promotional purposes. Participants have the right to access these to ensure information submitted is accurate.
  19. Winners agree that Alro Events Limited, The Allison Roe Trust and it’s Participating Sponsors may use their names and photographs for promotional purposes.
